Get to Know The Chief

2002 – At the rank of Executive Lieutenant, Antonio Stitt, founded and ran a mentoring

program at the local juvenile detention center. The program title was “Man Talk”! This

program was designed to change the way the young men thought about everything and

everybody in their lives. Ultimately, this mind-set change would change their behavior.

Well over 600 young men were successfully mentored by Lieutenant Stitt!

2007 – Promoted to the rank of Chief of Police for the village of Highland Hills Police

Department. Because of the tremendous demand of this new position, and a few other

circumstances, Chief Stitt eventually had to end the mentoring program at the detention

center. In time, he shifted his attention to parents. Chief Stitt began coaching and

mentoring parents on developing cutting edge parenting skills.

2010 – Chief Stitt wrote and published his first book, “Change the Parent Change the

Child”! This book is literally a (how to) manual for successful parenting. This was the

birth of numerous lectures parenting classes and workshops geared towards improving

the family structure.

2012 – Chief Stitt wrote and published his second book “Why Do I Have To”? This is a

children’s book which emphasizes the importance of the child listening to their parent.

Again, this lead to even more parenting classes and workshops.

2013 – Chief Stitt begin working on his third book, which is geared towards executive

leadership, organizational team building and improving the family structure.

2014 – Chief Stitt’s third book is released, “Thoughts and Concepts from the Chief”!

After much thought and consideration it was decided to start a new corporation entitled

“Shield & Buckler Coaching and Mentoring Inc.”. This program is designed to coach and

mentor parents, children, adults, executives, and educators on becoming “Better, Faster

and Stronger” human beings, in whatever they endeavor to do.
